Description:
The course program is designed to deliver knowledge of European and National Art History of the 15th and 16th century. Art styles and problems (architecture, sculpture and painting) in the 15th and 16th century, regional schools, transfer of influences and individual artists in European and Croatian context are presented and discussed. In the course students are taught in the use of professional and scientific literature, for scientific approach to research, study, interpretation and valorization of visual art in the 15th and 16th century, particulary in national heritage of the 15th and 16th century.
