ENROLLMENT FOR 1st YEAR UNDERGRADUATE STUDY PROGRAM PSYCHOLOGY

ENROLMENT

All applicants who have secured a place within the enrolment quota and confirmed their intention to enrol must complete their enrolment in person at the Student Affairs Office between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Summer enrolment period: 16–17 July 2026

Applicants admitted within the enrolment quota for the Psychology study programme are required to pay the full annual tuition fee of EUR 6,000.00 at the time of enrolment.

The original proof of payment of the tuition fee of EUR 6,000.00, paid to the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split, using the following bank details: IBAN: HR5124070001100571320, Model: HR00, Reference number: HR00 43004-0-student's Croatian Personal Identification Number (OIB), BIC (SWIFT): OTPVHR2X (for payments from abroad), Payment description: Tuition fee
Note: For international students who do not yet have a Croatian Personal Identification Number (OIB), the reference number should be: HR00 43004-0.
One colour passport-sized photograph (3.5 cm × 4.5 cm). Please write your full name on the back of the photograph.
A photocopy of a valid identity card (certification not required), together with the original for verification. Applicants who do not possess a valid identity card must submit a certificate of residence instead.
Original birth certificate or an electronic extract from the national civil registry issued through the e-Građani (e-Citizens) system.

Additional documentation (where applicable):

Proof of permanent residence status.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Applicants who are entitled to priority admission based on their status as a person from the alternative care system or single-parent status must submit proof of the relevant status to the Faculty no later than 6 July 2026.

Psychology students Nika Vuco, Ivana Peris, Katarina Šimić, and Tea Grotić participated in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) entitled "Psychological Tools Review", organized by WSB Merito University in Wrocław, Poland. General information on the study programme:	The Bachelor's University Study Programme in Psychology is delivered in English and is fully aligned with the European Certificate in Psychology (EuroPsy) standards developed by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA). During their studies, students learn about various psychological disciplines and theoretical approaches, acquire research methodology skills, and gain foundational knowledge of scientific disciplines that intersect with psychology (e.g., philosophy, anthropology, sociology).As the proposed programme follows contemporary principles of psychological research and practice, graduates are expected to successfully enter the labour market and/or continue their education at higher levels.	The Master's University Study Programme in Psychology is delivered in English and is designed to provide students with theoretical and methodological knowledge in both fundamental and applied areas of psychology, as well as to develop specific professional and transferable skills necessary for psychological practice and scientific research.In addition to being taught in English, a distinctive feature of this programme is the extensive practical training component. Students undertake professional practice throughout the entire third semester of the programme, either within or outside the Republic of Croatia, amounting to a total workload of 270 hours (30 ECTS credits) in the fields of clinical, educational, and organizational psychology.In line with the broad range of professional activities, psychologists are employed in both the private and public sectors, particularly in education, healthcare, social welfare, work and organizational settings, employment and career guidance, business and industry, the judiciary, the military, police services, sports, transport, tourism, marketing, and environmental protection.

Further study opportunities:	Upon completion of the Bachelor's University Study Programme in Psychology, students may continue their education by enrolling in the Master's University Study Programme at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split or in another graduate programme at universities in Croatia or abroad, subject to any additional course or credit requirements arising from differences between programmes, as prescribed by university and/or faculty regulations.	Upon completion of the Master's University Study Programme in Psychology, students may pursue further education at the postgraduate level in Croatia and/or within the European Union. As Croatia is a member of the EU and the programme complies with the standards of the European Certificate in Psychology (EuroPsy), graduates may continue their education through postgraduate studies in psychology as well as related social science or interdisciplinary programmes.
