Description:
The course provides its students with the capability to successfully plan, prepare and
realize science and society teaching on the practical level. Students will develop critical
relation toward the contents of science and society, from the professionally and
methodically points of view. Students will apply their knowledge to practical
exercises.Students will be enabled for planning and preparing of science and society
teaching.


Introduction pupils in: science, orietantion, map literacy, time motion. Adequate and
developmental subject. Pupil?s collection, vivarium, school garden and teaching
excursion. Medical, ecological and human education. Preparation, realization and
analysis of the student?s lessons.
Learning outcomes:
  1. Explain the importance of the implementation of outdoor teaching in Nature and Society course
  2. Explain the importance of developing educational values in teaching the Nature and Society course
  3. Plan the teaching in Nature and Society course with the aim of introducing students in space and time orientation
  4. Plan the teaching in Nature and Society course with the purpose of cartographic literacy of students
  5. Integrate Health education course curriculum in teaching Nature and Society
  6. Implement an integration approach in teaching Nature and Society
