A panel discussion was held at the Department of Psychology as part of the Career Days

As part of the Career Days at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split, a panel discussion was held at the Department of Psychology. During the event, students had the opportunity to explore various fields in which psychologists work and hear firsthand accounts from professionals employed across different sectors. The panelists included Ana Majić from the Center of Excellence of Split-Dalmatia County, Vesna Tudor Pavičić from Visoka Elementary School, Marta Grbić Barać from Caritas, and Meri Đula Ercegović from OTP banka d.d. Through discussion and the exchange of experiences, students learned about the day-to-day work of psychologists in diverse professional environments, their core tasks and responsibilities, and the challenges they encounter in their practice. The panel provided valuable insight into the broad range of employment opportunities for psychologists and helped students better connect their theoretical knowledge with practical experience. We would like to thank all the participants for their time, openness, and for sharing their valuable experiences, as well as everyone who contributed to the organization and execution of the panel!
