Paula Andabak Pivac

Paula Andabak Pivac is a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. She graduated in Psychology from the University of Zadar and, during her studies, participated in the Erasmus+ mobility programme at Masaryk University in Brno. She has gained professional experience in the fields of human resources and education. Her research interests lie in organisational and work psychology, with a particular focus on burnout syndrome. As part of her teaching responsibilities, she leads seminars and practical classes in the courses Work and Organisational Psychology, Basics of Psychometrics, Psychology of Organisations, Human Resources Management, and Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
She is currently involved in the research projects Postdigital and Inclusive Higher Education: Transformation and Well-being of Individuals and the System (PIVO: TDPS) at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split, and Situational, Personal, and Temporal Determinants of Burnout and Engagement among Young People in Educational and Work Contexts (SOVAS) at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb.
