Lana Pehar is a Senior Assistant at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split. She obtained her PhD in Psychology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, where she had previously completed her bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology. Her research primarily focuses on intergroup relations, with a particular emphasis on the role of intergroup contact, social norms, and social identity in relations between ethnic majority and minority groups. She is involved in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics, research methodology, and social psychology. She has participated in several national and international research projects and is the (co-)author of seven scientific articles, two books, three book chapters, and two research reports.
