Vedrana Vučković

Vedrana Vučković is an assistant at the Department of Pre-school Education, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split, University of Split. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Rehabilitation (mag. rehab. educ.) and is a PhD candidate in the study Quality in Education and Upbringing'' at the Department of Pedagogy, University of Zadar.
Her research interests include inclusive pedagogy, quality and competences for
inclusive practice, and strategies for supporting children and students with special
educational needs.
She was a collaborator on the handbook for university teachers ‘‘Inclusive Education of
Early Childhood Educators’’, created within the framework of the program cooperation
between the UNICEF Office for Croatia and the Faculty of Teacher Education,
University of Zagreb ‘‘Improving Inclusiveness of Initial Education of Early Childhood
Educators’’ (2021).
She is a collaborator on the Program ‘‘Inclusive Approach and Support for Children With
Developmental Disabilities in Early and Preschool Education’’, Center for Lifelong
Learning and on the project ‘‘Strategies for Supporting Children with Challenging
Behaviors: Inclusive Approach in Early and Preschool Education Institutions, Schools
and Families (SPDIP)’’, both at the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Zagreb.
Inclusion in higher eduacation and inovative pedagogogical strategies.
Member of Croatian Chamber of Educational Rehabilitators.
Special interest is focused on Universal Design for Learning, Assisitive Techologies, Alternative and Augmentative Communication.
