Description:
|
The course is implemented through weekly observation in an elementary school during the semester, totaling 30 hours. The aim of the course is to train students to observe, analyze and interpret elements of the teaching process in primary education so that they can connect, analyze and interpret the competencies acquired at the faculty with the help of teachers in the immediate educational environment.

Learning outcomes:

- based on the subject curricula of various subjects, with the help of teachers, identify and analyze ways of creating and implementing implementation curricula
- - interpret the main features of a class lesson
- analyze and assess the quality of the school curriculum and the methods of its application in educational work
- analyze and interpret the planning, organization and implementation of the teaching process
- - observe and interpret group dynamics at the class level
- observe teachers' working styles
- distinguish between ways of working with gifted children and explain the process of individualizing the teaching process, but also ways of working with children with learning difficulties and explain the process of individualizing the teaching process
- - monitor the consistency of educational outcomes, teaching methods, strategies and social forms of work used in the direct teaching process and the process of evaluating student achievements
- - monitor the elements and processes of evaluating student achievements in the teaching process of various subjects
- - get to know different forms of cooperation with parents and interpret the characteristics of quality communication with them
