The course is implemented through observation in primary school, in classroom teaching, and lasts 15 hours. The aim of the course is to synthesize the teaching work of teachers in all subjects in classroom teaching and to introduce other responsibilities of teachers and everyday school life.

1. plan the teaching process based on subject curricula
2. evaluate the characteristics and quality of the organization and implementation of the teaching subject based on the teaching unit plan
3. propose activities in the context of the school curriculum and the possibility of correlating learning outcomes and educational activities within the framework of different subjects, cross-curricular topics and the school curriculum
4. evaluate realized and propose different teaching strategies, methods and social forms of work in the planning and implementation of the teaching process in accordance with the learning outcomes of the course
5. interpret ways and methods of monitoring, checking and assessing student achievements
6. propose processes and elements of individualization of the teaching process in accordance with the specific capabilities of students
7. analyze the characteristics of cooperation with students, parents, other teachers, professional services, the principal and the local community and propose solutions
