To provide qualification for organizing educational context and approaches to encourage music expression and music- making in early and pre-school education. Introducing students to relevant music and art literature for children. To develop individual's interpretative abilities in singing, listening to music, nature of the instruments and playing techniques. To develop skills and abilities (singing, playing) relevant to the function of group music-making (rhythmic, dynamic contrasts, tempo, expressive performance).
Fundamentals of musical methodical and pedagogical theory and practice; Development of musical abilities in preschool children; Tone painting in instrumental music, the musical experience of a child; Simple elements of musical form (motive, turn, small musical phrase); Intonation and rhythm skills; Rhymes as sound and rhythm game and song; Development of intonation attitudes and skills; New technologies and programs to encourage music making; Elaboration of compositions from art music of local and foreign authors; Motivation of children for group music making (singing and playing); Exercises for voice placement: breathing, diction and articulation; Listening to music literature; A child socialization through music games; Childrens folk song; Monitoring and Evaluation (evaluation).
