Understanding the basic starting points of implicit pedagogies and the impact on the purpose and goal of education, the role of teachers / educators and students in the educational process, and thus the choice of educational technology, methods and ways of teaching.
Understanding trends in education and recognizing the possibilities of their application in practice in the field related to general human values, citizenship and democracy, as well as the ability to think about one's own value framework. Enabling students for critical thinking, argumentative discussion of pedagogical topics. The concept of implicit pedagogy (personal theory of teachers) is crucial for the application of certain teaching procedures. Concrete actions of teachers in the classroom are a way to put personal theories into practice, so we have the "danger" that traditional teaching models are still present or dominate our educational practice, and even in teacher education.
