Description:

Course objectives:
Consolidating and building on student's prior knowledge of the structure of mathematics, numbers and strategies, and developing strategies for solving mathematical problems and problems that are reduced to a mathematical model. Further develop mathematical literacy through the use of mathematical language in speech and writing as well as the ability of mathematical thinking. Through developing a positive relationship towards learning and teaching, responsibility for one's success and progress, as well as awareness of their mathematical abilities, along with applications of previously described competencies, students are expected to build a firm foundations for lifelong learning and continued education.
