Upon enrolling at the Faculty, students receive an electronic identity (AAI username, AAI identity) and the corresponding password from the Student Affairs Office. The password must be changed on the website https://login.aaiedu.hr/promjenazaporke/.
The electronic identity takes the form of an email address provided by the Faculty and is created as follows: username@ffst.hr. More information about the electronic identity can be found on the https://www.aaiedu.hr website.
The email address has the following format: username@ffst.hr.
The Google Workspace service (https://workspace.google.com/dashboard) provides a range of cloud-based services, including the Google Mail email service (https://mail.google.com/), which can be accessed using the electronic identity and the corresponding password.
The Microsoft 365 service (http://portal.office.com/) provides a range of cloud-based services, as well as the option to install Office 365 on a personal device (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone).
Using the electronic identity and corresponding password, students can access Studomat online at www.isvu.hr/studomat. Instructions for using Studomat are available on the website https://wiki.srce.hr/display/TUT/Za+studente. A temporary password for Studomat is not used (the initial registration is carried out by the Student Affairs Office).
The credentials provided by the Student Affairs Office for using the electronic identity are personal to each student and must not be shared with anyone else. In the event of a lost password or if the password is not accepted, the Student Affairs Office will issue a new password to the student in person only.
For any problems related to the malfunctioning of the email service, students can contact the IT Service (Office 243).
Users may continue to use their email account for up to 90 days after their student status expires. After this period, the user account and associated data are automatically deleted from the server.
