ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants eligible to apply for the university graduate study program in Psychology must have completed a university undergraduate study program in Psychology and earned a minimum of 180 ECTS credits.
APPLICATIONS
Applications will be accepted from September 15 to September 24, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Student Affairs Office of the Faculty.
Applicants must submit the following documents with their application:
Completed application form (available on the Faculty's website)
Original diploma/certificate of completed university undergraduate study program in Psychology
Official transcript of records with the number of ECTS credits earned, or the original/certified copy of the Diploma Supplement
Curriculum and syllabus (only for applicants who did not complete their undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split)
Decision on the recognition of foreign educational qualifications for the purpose of continuing studies at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split (only for applicants with foreign qualifications). The recognition request should be submitted to: University of Split, Ruđera Boškovića 31, Split. (Detailed instructions: https://www.ffst.unist.hr/odsjeci/psihologija/psihologija-upisi)
Proof of English language proficiency at B2 level (accepted documents: copy of diploma for candidates who completed secondary or (under)graduate education in English in Croatia or abroad; certificate from a language school issued on the school’s letterhead with stamp and signature; recognized international certificates such as Cambridge, TOEFL, IELTS, PTE Academic). This requirement applies only to applicants who did not complete their undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Split.
Proof of payment of the admission procedure fee in the amount of €15,00, to the Faculty's IBAN:
HR5124070001100571320, model: HR00, reference number: 43005-9- [applicant’s OIB], with the payment purpose noted as: “application procedure fee.”
Foreign applicants who do not have an OIB should indicate a code without the OIB in the reference number.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
All applicants are ranked based on the points earned during the admission process.
The admission procedure is based on the evaluation of academic success in the university undergraduate study program, determined by the overall average grade.
The right to enroll is granted to candidates according to the ranking list, up to the enrollment quota.
An applicant who earns the right to enroll but fails to do so within the designated period loses the right to enrollment.
ENROLLMENT
Enrollment for admitted applicants in the university graduate study program in Psychology will take place on October 2 and 3, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Faculty’s Student Affairs Office.
Documents required at the time of enrollment (to be submitted in person):
Enrollment form, personal data sheet, and consent form
Birth certificate (original) or a digital certificate issued through the e-Citizens system (no date restriction)
One recent color photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm)
Copy of a valid ID card (no certification needed), accompanied by the original for verification. If the applicant does not have a valid ID card, a certificate of residence must be submitted
Proof of payment of the tuition fee in the amount of €6,000.00, to the Faculty's IBAN:
HR5124070001100571320, reference number: HR00 43005-0- [student’s OIB], with the payment purpose noted as: “tuition fee.”
