Solidarity Summer School is entirely in English, online, free of charge and gives 2 ECTS. There will be two editions to choose from: 26.06-30.06 (time appropriate for America, Africa and Europe) or 10.07-14.07 (Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania).               

The topic of the school is internationalization of the Polish experience of solidarity. We cooperate with world recognized experts in the area and want to create an international, intellectual adventure – a lot of thinking and exchanging ideas. The Polish experience of solidarity fascinated the world, changed Poland, and initiated the collapse of communism. The topic of solidarity is particularly important given the current geopolitical situation in our region and the war in Ukraine. Can solidarity be a solution for current global and local problems today? What lessons can be taken from the Polish experience of solidarity? 

Recruitment is open now. The only formal requirements are to register, speak English and be a student (undergraduate, graduate, PhD).
